The complex was originally an 18th century Grain Mill which has been tastefully renovated, making it an ideal holiday location with excellent, comfortable accommodation with extensive facilities.
Bailey Mill can help you enjoy your stay by providing a unique and memorable holiday experience in this lovely part of the country. You can enjoy these by participating in the many outdoor activities on offer such as horse riding or by using the many walking and mountain bike trails close by.

We can provide you with all the necessary equipment and facilities you will need to enjoy the area on horseback, no matter if you are a novice or an experienced rider. Racing breaks are also popular with our visitors using Bailey Mill to enjoy the Hexham and Kelso races.
The complex is situated in the Scottish borders area which is also known as Border Reiver country. Bailey Mill is a hidden treasure in South Scotland’s beautiful countryside which is just waiting to be discovered by you and you family. Bailey Mill is situated close to Bewcastle where there are the remains of a castle which has the finest example of an Anglo-Saxon cross and Roman fort where 2,000 soldiers were once billeted.
