Website Booking Terms & Conditions

Bookings are made in accordance with our terms and conditions, all bookings are subject to confirmation by email, any changes will be notified by email or in writing. Prices are set at time of booking and any discounts or promotions are not transferable.

A deposit is required and full payment to be made on or before the arrival date. Deposits are none refundable unless previously agreed by the management.

All rooms, guesthouses and accommodation supplied with accessories and utilities are the responsibility of guests while in occupancy, any breakages, damage to property Etc excluding wear and tear will charged to your account.

If you wish to cancel your booking for any reason your deposit is non returnable, if you have paid for your holiday in full we will give you a refund minus the deposit and any cancellation fee.

All guest are reminded that smoking is not allowed on the premises.
